Nick Yeo – Director
Nick has had a passion for coach travel since his school days. After completing a business degree, Nick worked for many years in management positions at well respected coach companies in London and the Home Counties.
He established Signature VIP Travel in 2017 with wife Jill. The ambition was to provide a consistently high level of service by doing things a little differently. Nick says “ by keeping the business specialized and not trying to be all things to all people, we can be totally focused on operating to the highest possible standards which ultimately benefits everyone… our clients, their clients, and our own staff”.
Nick can be seen driving to ensure the standards we set ourselves are reflected in the customer experience.
Jill Yeo – Director
After 35 years in the pharmaceutical services industry, reaching a senior management position Jill decided to take early retirement.
When the chance to set up Signature VIP with husband Nick came along, she was determined to apply the same rigorous standards in her new role.
Jill says “I am thrilled to now have the opportunity to apply my administrative and customer service skills to something very new and different”
As well as overseeing the administration and transport office, Jill also plays an active role in the operational side of the business – no coach goes out without her exacting standards of cleanliness being met and both driver and coach performance is meticulously monitored.
Pebble – Head of HR
Nobody gets to join the Signature team without Pebble’s approval. She has many talents including stress relief on busy days, however we have decided she is not quite ready for driving duties just yet!
